Pepsi is an integral part of the Medicor Veterinary Practice reception team. She has been loyally supervising her human, Abi, from the comfort of her bed since day one. Don’t be fooled by her relaxed posture—Pepsi keeps a watchful eye on the front desk operations (and on anyone daring to open a snack near her).

Though she may come across as a bit grumpy (we like to call it “resting receptionist face”), Pepsi runs a tight ship. She ensures that everyone checks in, keeps voices down, and—most importantly—throws the ball when she drops it strategically at your feet. If you’re lucky, she’ll even show off her signature mid-air catch.

Pepsi adores people but prefers to admire other dogs from a polite distance. She’s a quiet worker, a stickler for routine, and, frankly, the only team member who gets away with napping on the job all day.

Next time you visit, say hi, give her a smile, and be ready—there may be a ball headed your way.
