Abi is a dedicated veterinary receptionist with a passion for animals and a warm, welcoming approach to both clients and their pets. With a background in animal care and a diploma in business, Abi brings both compassion and organisation to her busy front-of-house role — juggling phone calls, managing schedules, and making sure every patient (furry or otherwise) feels at ease from the moment they arrive. Before joining the veterinary world, Abi ran her own dog walking company, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all temperaments and sizes. She also has experience working with horses, and her deep love for animals — especially dogs — shines through in everything she does. Outside of work, Abi spends most of her time with her two beloved dogs, Pepsi the Border Collie and Dolly the Belgian Malinois. She loves exploring the Lake District on holiday and is currently setting her sights on training to become a veterinary nurse.
