With a warm smile and a genuine love for animals, Vikki is often the first friendly face you’ll see at the front desk. As our veterinary receptionist, she plays a key role in looking after our clients and their pets – from answering calls and managing appointments to keeping the vets’ schedule running smoothly. Before joining the veterinary world, Vikki worked in hospitality, where she developed her strong communication skills and passion for helping others. Her love for animals eventually led her to make the switch, and she hasn’t looked back since. At home, Vikki is a proud pet mum to two dogs and two cats. On her days off, she loves taking her dogs on camping adventures in the motorhome and enjoying long countryside walks.
